1. What is your return policy?
Terms & Conditions
Please do not return any portion of your order without the approval of sales staff first. You must call us within 48 hours of receiving your order to alert us of any problems or concerns regarding your order. You must contact us to make arrangements prior to returning any goods or the return may be refused. Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Items cannot be returned after more than 30 days from receipt of goods unless arrangements have been made with management. At the discretion of our management, your returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as a 2.5% trasaction fee which will be deducted from the original purchase price.. We will not accept any items that are returned collect unless the customer and salesperson have made prior arrangements. No returns will be accepted on any special order or custom items. Any item approved to be returned must come back to us in "as new" condition. All returns must include all accessories (manuals, etc.) and must be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a product return at any time.
No returns will be accepted on any special order or custom items.
Although WR Display & Packaging has made every attempt to ensure correctness of measurements and other product specifications, we take no responsibility when errors of this nature occur on our website or in our other publications. If you require confirmation of a specific dimension or other specification, please contact us.
Any item approved to be returned must come back to us in "as new" condition. All returns must include all accessories (manuals, cables, etc.) and must be in the original packaging. All custom orders are subject to a 50% deposit. Custom orders include any custom printed bags, labels, or boxes as well as any non-stocked items that have been specially ordered from any supplier or manufacturer. There is no returns on any custom or special order items.
Due to the constant fluctuation of the Canadian dollar value, fuel prices, manufacturing fees, etc., prices are subject to change without notice. We publish catalogs on a semi-annual basis and due to all of the above reasons and more, we can not be held responsible for price increases that occur between catalog printings. Our website is updated on a more regular basis and prices featured here will be more current. You must notify WR Display & Packaging within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of any damaged items received. You must inspect your order for damaged box corners, crushed boxes, etc., prior to signing for the delivery. If there is a damaged piece, you must sign for it as damaged and notify us immediately. If your order is damaged and no claim has been reported within 24 hours, the carrier will not honour your claim for the damaged items.
An incorrect address on your order may cause our freight carrier to redirect your order to your current address causing undue delay and costly surcharges. Having a correct billing and shipping address in your order is your responsibility. If there are any address correction redirection charges related to your order, we will contact you and you will be required to pay for them. Please make sure that your addresses are correct.

On a rare occasion, we may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we will notify you prior to the release of such information. We also reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we, in good faith, believe to be unlawful. We may release certain personal information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.

You may use the same contact information above to send us a request that we delete personally identifiable information stored in the databases we actively use for research and daily business activities and other readily searchable media. Unless restricted by law, we will take all reasonable steps to functionally delete such information from our database(s).
We will respond to your request to access, update or delete your information within five business days. Before we are able to provide you with any information, correct any inaccuracies or delete any information, however, we may ask you to verify your identity and to provide other details (in a secure manner) to help us to respond to your request.
